Some Easy Skincare Tips

  • Wash your skin with lukewarm water and cleanser at least twice a day to achieve a healthy glowing skin. After that, use toner and moisturiser.

  • Drink 8 glasses of water a day as well as a glass of vegetable or fruit juice everyday- it's better if you can make juice at home instead of buying it.

  • Detoxify your skin and body at least twice a month. Use clay mask to detox your skin. Also, you can take detox tea of your choice to detoxify your body on daily or monthly basis.

  • Exfoliate your skin at least 3 times a week. It removes all the dead skin. After exfoliating, use a good moisturiser to keep your skin glowing.

  • Wear sunscreen everyday even in winter. Don't skip your sunscreen and try to choose one with higher SPF.

  • Take some multivitamins on daily basis. They will keep your skin and hair well.

  • Do facial once a month. It unclogs pores and draws out any impurities from your skin. Keeps your skin healthy and acne-blemish free. Try to choose a facial that best suits to your skin concerns.

  • Use your favourite masks 2-3 times a week to keep your skin in good condition.

Most importantly, eat well, sleep well, and take a healthy diet. You will be tension free, and your skin will glow for sure .... :) :)
