Review- Essence Match 2 Cover Cream Concealer

Today I am going to talk about a cream concealer from a new brand which is called Essence. Essence a new brand that came to Canada last year, I guess. They have good selection of products with affordable prices. You can get Essence products in Canada in any Shoppers Drug Mart.

 

Packaging: The packaging is cute enough. This little box includes 2 shades. One is lighter and other one is medium. They claim to have high coverage power to cover imperfections and dark circles. 2 shades claim to perfectly match your skin tone.According to me, it doesn't have high coverage. I can say that it has a medium coverage. It covers dark circles and spots quite well.

Price: Around $2- $3
 
Pros:
 

• Cheap
• Cute packaging
• Doesn't clump and crease
• Good coverage
• Stays a good amount of time (9-10 hours)
• Blends well with fingers and brush

Cons: 
 

• Doesn't cover big and darker spots
• Not good for using on acne-prone skin
• It may dry out soon
• Pigmentation is ok-ok
• May crease without setting powder
• Narrow shades selection

Would you suggest it?? : YES!!!
 
Overall, I am quite surprised with this concealer. It gives quite good coverage comparing to other drugstore brands. It fits in any purse very well. I like this concealer, and I wish they will come out with more shades soon.
